Lockwood’s School Superintendent Tobin Novasio is expected to submit his resignation at a special board meeting on Tuesday evening (April 25, 2023). The agenda includes a discussion of how to replace the Superintendent.

The Big Horn County News reported last Thursday that the Hardin School District has chosen Novasio as their top choice to serve as their new Superintendent and have offered him a two-year contract with a $138,000 salary.

Novasio has been Superintendent at Lockwood since 2012, and served as a leader for the district in expanding from a K-8 district to include a high school, which will graduate its first senior class this spring
